Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Returns will only be accepted after a return request has been approved via email. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Greece: For exchanges, we usually cover return shipping. For refunds, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Outside of Greece: For all international orders, return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, and you must share the tracking number once shipped.
    Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or in error.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item — so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Black Friday Instant-Ship Items (28 November – 1 December): These are final sale – no refunds or exchanges. If the size doesn’t fit, we will happily issue a store credit for the full amount you paid. The credit is valid forever on any future order.
